On Saturday November 21st, 2020 the Celebration High School Rotary Interact Club Hosted a Global Youth Summit. This event will feature speakers and discussions from Rotary International, the United Nations Major Group for Youth and Children and numerous Youth Leaders from around the world who are making a positive difference through their projects and outreach programs. Welcome message from the President of Rotary International Mr. Holger Knaack and a Keynote presentation from Rotary International President Elect Mr. Shekhar Mehta who will discuss how Rotary International is facing COVID-19 and how Rotary Interact can get involved. ______________________________________

Stephanie is a 17-year-old junior at Seven Lakes High School in Katy, Texas. She is deeply passionate about leveraging science and technology to bridge the educational divide. Notably, she is a Research Science Institute scholar, a Science Olympiad national champion, and has conducted internationally recognized research. During the pandemic, Stephanie wrote and published Epidemiology Unmasked: An Introduction to Epidemiology in Public Health to combat misinformation, promote personal health responsibility, and democratize public health education.
